I value process and strategy when it comes to bringing your brand to life – there is no single solution to create an engaging and curiosity-envoking brand mark for businesses. Each story is different; each target audience is different; each company has different goals. The process I follow for brand design projects brings custom design to serve YOUR business alone, strong ROI and happy clients.

 

The Process

  • 1. Brand Questionnaire

    Each client fills out the brand questionnaire to define what their brand needs and goals, along with determining defining factors that set the brand apart and what style characteristics they envision for your brand.

  • 2. Market Research

    Thoughtful research within your brand’s existing market is done to determine what your brand needs in order to stand out from the crowd. What does your brand offer that others in the market do not? What are brands missing that yours will elevate for your ideal client?

  • 3. Mood Board & Color Palette

    A custom mood board of visual inspiration images is curated for your brand, along with color options to choose from to determine your brand’s color palette. Ideas for brand concepts are pulled from your mood board and color choices once we review together on video call.

  • 4. Brand Strategy + Review

    Strategy is formulated based on brand questionnaire answers and market research. We will review your mood board, color palette and brand strategy thoroughly on a video call together to ensure we are on the same page before brand concepting begins.

  • 5. Logo Design Concepts

    Between 1-3 brand concepts are created and presented to you via PDF with audio recording to best allow me to explain the vision behind the brand concepts. You can watch and review your brand concepts at your own pace and compile your feedback to review with me.

  • 6. Review + Refinement

    We will review your brand concepts together on a video call and talk through your feedback together. After reviewing, I move forward with detailed refinements to create your final logo mark in result. Hooray! Your brand and your passion is coming to life.

  • 7. Brand Guidelines

    A Brand Guidelines PDF is created with your final logo, secondary logo, typefaces, color values, brand pattern, supporting brand graphics and usage rules for your brand. Consider this your brand manual – reference it any time you create brand collateral of your own.

  • 8. Supporting Graphics

    Supporting graphics are created for your social media launch and website, along with business cards. 9 launch graphics (the Instagram square) are created to launch your brand into the social world and website graphics are created to rollout in your website.

  • 9. Final File Delivery

    Final brand files are exported and delivered via Google Drive. This includes your final logo, secondary logo, brand pattern, supporting graphics for social and web, etc. are exported in full color and reversed for print and web use (CMYK and RGB color). They are YOURS!

  • 10. Celebrate – it's launch time!

    You have EVERYTHING you need to launch your brand! It’s been a journey of discovering the identity your brand, and we’ve watched it grow into it’s full potential through this detailed process. YOU are going to make a difference in your market! Time to celebrate.
